- Planning a trip is free — itinerary, guest list, RSVPs, polls, packing list, photo wall, all of it. You only pay a one-time $29 unlock when you want to collect money from guests for that trip.
- Are there other fees?
- Stripe's standard payment processing fees apply to guest payments and are paid to Stripe, plus a 1% Bach HQ platform fee on collected payments. Nothing is charged to you for planning.
- Where does the money go?
- Guest payments settle directly into the organizer's own connected Stripe account. Bach HQ does not hold or escrow your group's funds.
- Is my card information safe?
- Card details are entered on Stripe's own checkout page and handled by Stripe. Bach HQ never sees or stores card numbers.
- Do my guests need an account?
- No. Guests open one link on their phone, pick their name, RSVP, and pay. No app and no sign-up.
- Can I try it before paying anything?
- Yes — open the sample trip to see exactly what your guests would see, and build your own trip for free before deciding whether to turn on collection.
